Residents at Southshore Bay in southern Hillsborough County (Wimauma) and Brightwater in north Fort Myers can look forward to five acres of crystal clear blue water for swimming, kayaking, or simply relaxing. A third 15-acre Lagoon at Mirada in Pasco County is also underway.
