Metro Places Brings Holiday Cheer to Waterleaf

This past Saturday, December 9th, Metro Places helped to spread some holiday cheer throughout  their community in Riverview, Waterleaf.

Metro sponsored the Jingle Jingle Let’s Mingle Holiday Party for Waterleaf residents.

Metro Places invited all Waterleaf residents out to the Open-Air Clubhouse at the heart of the community for an afternoon of excellent food, fun, and a special guest appearance from Jolly Old St. Nick himself.

Good times were had by all as neighbors and families mingled and celebrated the holiday season.

Union Park's 3rd Annual Spot the Elf

The holiday season is here and what better way to make it jolly and bright than joining Tampa bay’s best realtors at the 3rd Annual Spot the Elf Realtor Event! 

This annual event not only showcases a different Metro Places community to Realtors each year, but also helps us gather toys for children in need. We encouraged every attendee to bring a small, unwrapped toy for a child. 

This past Tuesday, Decemeber 12th, was a special day of fun, filled with beautiful homes and the joy of giving. All toys recieved were donated to the annual Toys For Tots toy drive.

 Realtors who spotted the hidden Elf in each decorated model home got a chance to win a wonderful prize. Metro Places then raffled a grand prize $250 Gift Card!
